As Adidas<\/a> continues to sell its existing Yeezy<\/a> inventory, Foot Locker<\/a> won’t be restocking any Yeezys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite earlier reports that the New York-based sneaker store chain would sell Yeezys<\/a>, Foot Locker will abstain from selling any Ye-designed product as the retailer is scared of backlash, according to Complex<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Adidas terminated its partnership<\/a> with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, due to antics and anti-semitic remarks, Foot Locker was one of the first to issue a statement and pull Yeezys off the floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Foot Locker, Inc. does not tolerate any form of anti-semitism, or hateful and discriminatory behavior,” the brand stated on October 25, 2022. “While we remain a partner with adidas and carry a wide assortment of their collections \u2014 we will not be supporting any future Yeezy product drops, and we have instructed our retail operators to pull any existing product from our shelves and digital sites.”<\/p>\n\n\n
