Sneakers for the Politicians in NBA Jam

This morning we revealed the news of? Barack Obama in NBA JAM as well as other politicians. Barack’s balling tendencies are well documented, but the other politicians may not be able to keep up with the Commander-in-Chief unless they get the proper kicks on their feet.

In an effort to keep up with the extreme lengths to which video game designers go to get the right shoes on each player, we put together this list of what sneakers the Politicians Players should rock in the game and explained why.

NBA JAM for Wii is available now at the EA Store for $49.95.

Barack Obama

Sneaker: Barack Obeezys

What man shouldn’t wear his own signature shoe in NBA Jam even if they take slight inspiration from that “jackass” from Chicago. Sneaker: Dada Code M

If there’s one person who likes the sound of his own voice, it’s Joe Biden. Even as a bobble-headed video game character, Biden could use these speaker-equipped kicks to play back his own speeches while he balls. Bill Clinton

Sneaker: Nike Hyperflight

The patent leather upper should keep any of Clinton’s “off court activities” from staining his kicks…or his legacy. ?The lightweight nature of the shoes also makes for a clean getaway when Hillary gets home. Hillary Clinton

Sneaker: Nike SFB Boots

Hillary has always worn the pants in the Clinton family. And with her recent presidential campaign, she proved she’s ready to play dirty. These SFB combat Boots offer ankle protection like heels never could and will look great with her warm up pantsuit.

Sneaker: Nike Huarache 2k5 Considered Design

Al Gore, the king of going green, should definitely lace up these Considered Design Nikes. He’ll feel good playing in these eco-friendly shoes, even if he had them shipped to him on a private jet from China.

Sneaker: Converse Chuck Taylor “Dr. Seuss”

Junior wanted shoes inspired by his favorite book at the George W. Bush Library.

Dick Cheney

Sneaker: Nike Air Command Force

We all knew who was really in command during Bush’s presidency, so it only makes sense that he sports these vintage Nikes that came out while in charge of the first war in Iraq. We’d also put Cheney in a big man’s shoe because we hear he’s a lousy shooter.

John McCain

Sneaker: Velcro-Strapped Converse Chuck Taylor

John McCain is old. Believe it or not, the Chuck Taylor is older. These canvas kicks will give McCain a feeling of nostalgia, while the straps will be there just to make sure he can even get them on.

Sneaker: Nike Hyperdunk “Russia”

Sarah Palin will quickly remind all of us about how much experience in foreign policy she had during her two and a half years as governor of Alaska. ?I mean, heck, she can see Russia from her front lawn, right?

This morning we revealed the news of?
