South Africa comes together as Sneaker LAB and Cultish celebrate South Africa\u2019s Youth Day. As two proud South African brands, the Sneaker LAB x Cultish<\/strong> collaboration focuses on the country’s youth by creating limited edition hoodies that spread a message of empowerment and fight hunger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offered in versions of white or black, the hoodie features a bright green “RISE” logo on both sides. The back of the hoodie also features three flying birds, which gives flight to the “RISE” theme. Both Sneaker LAB and Cultish hope that they can challenge the youth rise to the occasion and chase after their dreams. The hoodie comes ready in bespoke packaging and includes a Deluxe Sneaker Cleaning Kit with a custom designed sleeve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proceeds from the hoodies will be donated to the Peninsula School Feeding Association<\/a>, a non-profit organization that has been working to reduce short term hunger in school children. After the South African government discontinued the national school feeding program in 1958, the PSFA has continued to provide food security in order to enhance children\u2019s abilities to learn at school and increase school attendance. The PSFA’s mission is especially important as the University of Cape Town reports that 30% of the South Africa population live in poverty, meaning that 3 out of 4 children go hungry each day. The work done by the PSFA is crucial for the health of South Africa’s youth, which is why Sneaker LAB has been continuously working to support them for the last 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
