Following its final collaboration with designer Rick Owens<\/a>, sustainable footwear label VEJA<\/a><\/strong> is now teaming up with The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society<\/a><\/strong> to release a new limited-edition version of the Dekkan<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This partnership is a fitting one considering VEJA aims to produce sneakers that are both stylish and Earth-friendly, whereas Sea Shepherd<\/a><\/strong> works alongside local authorities to combat illegal fishing and poaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Injected with ethos from both parties, the upcoming VEJA x Sea Shepherd Dekkan<\/strong> is an ecological shoe built for activities such as exploring the city, hiking, traveling, and whatever else keeps one on their feet all day. The sleek collaborative sneaker is constructed with VEJA\u2019s signature sustainable materials such as recycled polyesters, sugar cane, Amazonian rubber, and rice waste. Down below is a supportive Vibram sole. Rounding out the final details are the speckled white and black laces, Sea Shepherd branding on the rear, and VEJA\u2019s ubiquitous \u201cV\u201d logo is spotlighted on both the medial and lateral walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
