It’s no secret that the replica market has gotten out of hand in recent years, with manufacturers pumping out loads of sneakers made in the likeness of Nike designs. In order to protect their brand from replicators, Nike has filed multiple applications to trademark the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 5, Air Jordan 11, the Nike Air Foamposite, the Nike Air Max 1, and the Nike Air Huarache.
