The Jordan 4 is one of the most coveted Air Jordans to release and of all retro Jordans, the Black/Red pair of the Air Jordan 4 is sitting high on many grail’s lists. The first time that Nike tried releasing retro Jordans in 1994, the campaign was far from successful, but when the Air Jordan 4 came back in 1999, it couldn’t have been better received. Retro fever was on!

In 2008, Jordan Brand released Countdown Packages that included this colorway along with a Jordan 19. Though the colorway was the same as this pair, the shape was different as well as missing the Nike Air logo on the back (replaced with a Jumpman). To many Jordan enthusiasts it isn’t the same making this version of the Jordan 4 retro worth even more.
