The North Face and UNDERCOVER designer Jun Takahashi are collaborating for a second iteration of SOUKUU, a line focused on performance technology for hiking and trail running through the lens of UNDERCOVER design.

SOUKUU Season 2 takes Takahashi’s designs that blend simple yet sophisticated forms with performance-driven technology tested by athletes to enhance outdoor experiences.

This collaboration introduces a layered dress system for trail running and hiking, challenging traditional “trail” and “hike” collections by offering a holistic range of pieces. The entire line features trailwear that strikes a balance between durable performance fabrics and effortless forms, with all garments being lightweight and packable.

SOUKUU Season 2 marks the inaugural performance-driven collaboration between The North Face and UNDERCOVER, integrating thoughtful and functional elements into each item. This includes The North Face’s VECTIV and Windwall technologies, convertible shell pants for versatile climate adaptability, a hydration-bladder compatible trail run vest and more.

The comprehensive collection includes items such as the VECTIV Trail Run Shoe, SOUKUU Hike Packable Fishtail Shell Parka, SOUKUU Trail Run 2-IN-1 Shorts, SOUKUU Trail Run Utility Short Tight, SOUKUU Trail Run 12L pack, and more. The collection is available now via TheNorthFace.com and select retail locations.
