A high-performance beast since its inception, the Nike Air Max Hyperposite has managed to stay on top of its game, as it has suited up for the weekend festivities in an "All Star" colorway. Sporting a matte finish on its -posite upper, things get geometric on the Hyperfuse sections, still keeping in line with a monochromatic motif. The only sign of a color change-up appears to be in the use of green glow on the Swoosh and opaque outsole, with the overall look being an all-new makeup, independent of the "All-Star" implications. A holdover from last year, the Nike Air Max Hyperposite is still making its rounds dropping unexpectedly in new colorways. Courtesy of Dallas Penn, we get a two-minute look at a rare player exclusive dubbed the "Tournament of Champions". Slate grey is the color of choice for the Foamposite portion, while jarring hues of neon green cloak the Hyperfuse upper, 360 Max Air unit and outsole. Given the nature of PEs, the likelihood of these dropping anytime soon is unknown, but nevertheless, stay tuned to Snkrs Day for updates.

The Nike Air Max Hyperposite steadily gained steam among fans upon its release. As we learned form Kicks on Court, NBA players absolutely loved the shoe, including the Nike Air Max Hyperposite "Christmas" worn by Rajon Rondo during the Celtics’ December 25 showdown with the Brooklyn Nets. Mint green Foamposite material wraps the upper, and leaks up into the grey hyperfuse material. Bright crimson is also introduced in that grey space for a true Christmas feel. The vivid color covers the inner lining, as well. Reflective 3M material is present on the Swoosh branding and the Hyperfuse upper. Grey laces and an ice blue translucent sole provide a balanced finish. Though this version is a tiny bit different than the version Rondo wore, the Nike Air Max Hyperposite Christmas still a great looking shoe that is set to release at Nike Harajuku on Saturday, July 6.
