On September 6, Nike Memphis was burglarized which resulted in $800,000 worth of sneakers and clothes, per the Memphis Police Department.
From Twitter to OfferUp, a plethora of unreleased Air Jordan retros (specifically Fall and Holiday) flooded the internet.
Third-party resell platform StockX froze activity at some of the colorways in question — such as the Air Jordan 11 “Cherry,” and the Air Jordan 6 “Chrome,” among others.
When asked to comment via email, StockX stated that its fraud team will be proactive in the investigation in addition to halting sales of the aforementioned products.

Following a known robbery at a brand’s distribution center, we took proactive measures to temporarily halt the trading of the sneakers in question.We are working with local authorities to support their active investigation.
