It may literally be a ‘Human Race’ this weekend as sneakerheads set out to cop Pharrell’s latest adidas NMD collaboration of the same name. But a new pair unveiled today won’t be up for grabs – unless you’re a close personal friend of Skateboard himself.
This burgundy edition, which doesn’t look to be a general release of any kind, features Chinese symbols across the upper that affectionately translate to “Family” and “Friends.” Thus, in sneaker lingo, meaning you aren’t getting a pair. All good, though. Just make plans to cop the Pharrell x adidas NMD “Human Race” proper this weekend.
