As one of the top tennis players in the world, Roger Federer has always been one of Nike’s poster boys when it comes to hard courts, clay or grass. Just in is a sneak peek of RF’s U.S. Open rotation of Swoosh sneakers, which includes two PE pairs of the Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour. The cutting-edge tennis shoe has been produced for Federer in black and white, as well as in his mainstay atomic red and grey. According to Nick Annacone, who previewed the models, the black pair is constructed of 3M material. A design that includes the U.S. Open trophy featuring the number five, representing Roger Federer’s five Open championships, personalizes the sneakers.
