Remember the first Nike Air VaporMax?

It has been just a little more than a year since its debut and the model’s bulbous sole has been Frankenstein’d onto a number of ’90s Air Max classics including the Air VaporMax 97 and Air VaporMax Plus. Up next, the VaporMax get’s some game time with Primetime.

Taking up residence with the Nike Air DT Max 96, the VaporMax sole sits underneath a reimagined version of the Deion classic upper.  Design tweaks include ditching the strap in favor of toned-down elements and reworking of other minor details, rendering this new sneaker as more of an homage than a direct replay.

With this being the first look we’ve seen of this sneaker, there’s no telling at the moment when or where this silhouette is due to drop, so keep it locked to Snkrs Day for updates.
