Continuing with momentum from the 2011 season, Nike Basketball dropped another classic Christmas collection staring the LeBron X, Kobe 8 System, KD V, 2012 Hyperdunk and the Zoom LeBron Soldier VI in 2012. The Nike LeBron X continued the use of the traditional red and green, while the Kobe 8 featured ornament-like colors to represent a Christmas tree. The KD V displays Kevin Durant’s past love for video games utilizing a pixelated upper, while secondary sneakers, like the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier and the 2012 Hyperdunk were conceived with Christmas colors and gingerbread cookies in mind.
