The former Chicago native who now resides in Los Angeles, Bryant Giles, has teamed up with New Balance for his own collaborative New Balance 2002R. New Balance continues its collaborative hot streak with the edition of the LA-based artist and designer.
Arriving in a mossy green base, the silhouette features embroidered artwork throughout the upper. Other details include “What Now?” on the heels, which nods to Giles’ latest art exhibition, which was held at Art Basel in Miami. Additionally, the iteration comes equipped with removable velcro “N” logos on the lateral side. For the finishing touches, the insoles feature two different prints from Giles himself.
The Bryant Giles x New Balance 2002R releases on July 11th via GoneHomme.com. A wider release will take place on July 21st via New Balance.com and select retailers.
