Jordan Brand is preparing an all-new Air Jordan 3 for 2025 with the upcoming Air Jordan 3 “Dusted Clay” colorway.

Although details of the pair are unconfirmed, the AJ3 is speculated to arrive in premium materials with a dusted clay, shimmer, muslin, and a Martian sunrise color palette. However, the exact details of the pair are unknown at the time.

The AJ3 holds a special place in sneaker history, being the silhouette that cemented Michael Jordan’s legacy with Nike.

Released in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 introduced the world to the now-iconic elephant print and became the first Jordan to feature visible Air cushioning. Tinker Hatfield, the legendary designer behind the shoe, not only saved Jordan’s partnership with Nike but also set the blueprint for future Jordan models. The sneaker also marked the debut of the Jumpman logo, solidifying the brand’s identity.

Worn by MJ during his legendary 1988 Dunk Contest victory, the Air Jordan 3 became a cultural phenomenon, making appearances beyond the hardwood. The upcoming Air Jordan 3 “Dusted Clay” looks to carry the legacy with an all-new look.

The Air Jordan 3 “Dusted Clay” is rumored to release in Fall 2025 for $200 via SNKRS and select retailers.
