Since its debut on the Last Dance, the Air Jordan 1 Centre Court has turned the heads of many. The low-cut silhouette worn by Michael Jordan himself has seen a mini-revival prompted through an OG “White on White” iteration. Following its commercial debut, the pair is slated to receive a “Banned” makeup similar to the “Defiant” Jordan 1 released in 2019.
What began as a little-known silhouette has turned into a full-on production model as the pair is set to receive its second release. This iteration features an all-white jagged leather upper with an elongated stripe running across the side panels. Finished off with “Air Jordan” branding on the tongue and a beige midsole, this pair looks ready for the upcoming year.
Something to note for this colorway as well is the presence of Zoom Air insole that is an upgrade from standard Air Jordan 1 cushioning.
The Air Jordan 1 Centre Court “Banned” is set to release sometime in 2021, however, a release date has not yet been announced. Stay up to date with all upcoming 2021 Jordan releases at Snkrs Day.
UPDATE: The low-profile silhouette has been set for an April 8 release date.
